Fans of “The Flash” who are anxiously awaiting the season 2 premiere will be excited to know that the crew officially started filming today. Show runner Andrew Kreisberg broke the news via Twitter.

When we last saw our friends in Central City the city itself and possibly the world looked like it was about to get sucked into a wormhole. It was a pretty big cliffhanger and a good reason to tune into the premiere of season 2 on October 6. The season premiere is titled “The Man Who Saved Central City” and we’ll find out who exactly saves the city when the show returns in the fall.
