Last fall when “Arrow” season 5 kicked off, Oliver Queen was out on the streets of Star City doing his vigilante thing without a team to support him. It took a little convincing, but Felicity Smoak managed to talk him into recruiting a new team which included Wild Dog, Mr. Terrific, Artemis and Ragman.

Artemis turned on Team Arrow and joined up with Prometheus, and Ragman was later written off the show when his magical rags were destroyed after he used them to absorb the blast of a bomb. He quietly left Team Arrow, due to his lack of powers, but the door was left open for his return.

It’s already been confirmed that Team Arrow won’t be recruiting any new members in season 6, but it looks like we will be seeing Rory Regan again.

A fan asked executive producer Marc Guggenheim if Joe Dinicol will be reprising his role in the new season, and Guggenheim confirmed he will appear in the 5th episode of season 6.

It’s not clear at this time if he’ll be returning as a series regular, but given that Guggenheim mentioned a specific episode for his appearance, it would seem to suggest that we won’t be seeing him on a weekly basis.

“Arrow” will return on Thursday, October 12.

After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the North China Sea. He returned home to Star City, bent on righting the wrongs done by his family and fighting injustice.

As the Green Arrow, he protects his city with the help of former soldier John Diggle (David Ramsey), computer-science expert Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards), his vigilante-trained sister Thea Queen (Willa Holland), Deputy Mayor Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne), brilliant inventor Curtis Holt (Echo Kellum), and his new recruits, street-savvy Rene Ramirez (Rick Gonzalez) and meta-human Dinah Drake (Juliana Harkavy).

Oliver has finally solidified and strengthened his crime-fighting team only to have it threatened when unexpected enemies from his past return to Star City, forcing Oliver to rethink his relationship with each member of his “family”.
