Next week on Arrow, Oliver will call in the Bratva to help him solve his Prometheus problem, but things are never easy when it comes to the Bratva. Oliver’s involvement with his Russian friends causes Diggle to become worried, and he confronts Oliver, but unfortunately for Diggle it looks like the situation goes south.

The CW has released a new preview for “Disbanded” and it shows Oliver punching Diggle right in the face. Check it out below.

OLIVER CALLS ON THE BRATVA FOR HELP — Diggle (David Ramsey) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) are shocked by Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) decision to call on the Bratva to help take down Prometheus (Josh Segurra). Concerned the Bratva may overstep, Diggle has a hard conversation with Oliver about what happens if things go south. Meanwhile, Felicity learns something shocking at Helix. J.J. Looking ahead to the future of the DCEU, the tone and style of the upcoming films has been a very hot topic. One of the biggest complaints people had about “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” was that it was too bleak. 2017 is shaping up to be an even bigger year for the DCEU, as “Wonder Woman” is set to hit theaters in June, and Zack Snyder has confirmed that fans can look forward to a “lighter tone” from “Justice League” when it’s released in November.

One of the other upcoming DCEU films that has been a hot topic as of late is “Shazam” which is set to star The Rock as Black Adam. However, The Rock won’t just be starring in the film, he will also be working as a co-producer with his producing partner/manager Dany Garcia.

It seems that both Dany and The Rock may be concerned that “Shazam” could receive a similar reaction to “Batman v Superman” or “Suicide Squad” as Dany noted during an interview last year that it’s important to them that they control the tone of the film.

“We don’t feel fettered by, or constrained by, the successes or failures and challenges of the other projects,” Garcia said. “That was a key component to our participation—that we be able to control the tone and the voice, and do it the way we want to.”

The Rock’s camp appears to be very motivated when it comes to getting it right with “Shazam” and The Rock recently met with DC to discuss not only the future of the his upcoming film, but the future of the DC universe as a whole. The Rock posted the following on Instagram:

“Had a very cool and strategic meeting with the heads of DC about their entire universe. As a hard core DC fan, to get a real sense of the tonal shifts and developments coming in these future movies has me fired up. Something we, as DC fans have all been waiting for for a very long time. Hope, optimism & FUN. Even when talking about the the most ruthless villain/anti-hero of all time finally coming to life. Prepare yourselves DC Universe.”

“Shazam” is currently set to be released in 2019 and a start date for production has yet to be announced.

At the end of “Arrow” season 4 Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak were the last two remaining members of Team Arrow. Laurel was killed at the hands of Damien Darhk, Thea walked away, Diggle left to join the military and Quentin Lance decided that it was time to leave Star City. With just Oliver and Felicity remaining fans were left to wonder what would become of Team Arrow.

Stephen Amell announced via Twitter on Saturday that a new trailer for “Arrow” season 5 would be making its debut at Comic Con and the new trailer answers a lot of questions about where Team Arrow is headed.

The new trailer shows Oliver Queen and Felicity as they recruit new members to join Team Arrow. It was previously confirmed that Echo Kellum would be upgraded to a series regular along with Rick Gonzalez who will be playing Wild Dog, and that Madison McLaughlin’s Evelyn Sharp would be taking on the role of Artemis.

All three appear in the new trailer and they all try their best to prove that they have what it takes to be a part of Team Arrow. Do they actually have what it takes? Only time will tell, but you can check out their auditions for Team Arrow below.

“Look for the Legends of Tomorrow crew to cross paths with a circa-1942 Albert Einstein in Season 2, but they’re disillusioned to discover that the legendary scientist is a snarky, brusque skirt-chaser. Needless to say, he proves to be quite a handful when they attempt to save his life.”

Now that the Time Masters are gone the Legends have made it their mission to protect the timeline so it should be interesting to see how Albert Einstein gets wrapped up in their mission. I’m sure that Professor Stein will find Albert Einstein “astonishing” regardless of his skirt chasing.

DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” will return for season 2 on Thursday, October 13.

“With his final words in the finale, he planted a pretty deep flag about where we’re headed in season two, which is not just introducing Hourman but introducing his teammates in the Justice Society of America,” executive producer Marc Guggenheim told The Hollywood Reporter when speaking about the finale. “For comic book fans, everyone knows the Justice Society is really the precursor to the Justice League, so it’s a pretty big move in our DC universe here on TV.”

Vandal Savage was a dangerous adversary for the Legends in season 1, but according to Marc Guggenheim we haven’t seen anything yet.

“The season two big bad is actually not going to be the [alien race of] Thanagarians,” Guggenheim explained. “It’s going to be something else entirely. All I’ll really say about the nemesis in season two is Vandal Savage looks like a walk in the park compared to what the Legends will be facing. This will be a much, much bigger threat. I’m going to leave it at that because when we do reveal it, it’s going to be pretty big. People will be asking, ‘Vandal who?’ once they get the full picture of what our team is up against. It’s going to be way bigger than what you can even imagine, I can guarantee it.”

DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” will return in the fall for season 2.
