Supergirl Star Wants Jason Momoa To Make An Appearance On The Show

All of the DC TV shows on the CW have wrapped up for the season, but there’s still a lot of big things to come from DC in 2017. For one, all of the shows will be returning in the fall, and “Wonder Woman” and “Justice League” are still set to be released.

Jason Momoa’s Aquaman was introduced in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” and we’ll be seeing a lot more of him in “Justice League.” Aquaman is also set to get his own standalone film in 2018.

One place we probably won’t be seeing Aquaman is on the CW, but that hasn’t stopped “Supergirl” star Katie McGrath from hoping that Jason Momoa will make an appearance. During a recent interview with CinemaBlend, McGrath talked about how she wants him on the show, and she doesn’t even care who he plays.

“Jason Momoa, because I’ve worked with him before and I love him. He gives the best hugs and he’s the nicest man. And he is the actor I’ve worked with the most that has surprised me. You have a preconceived notion about who he is because of what he looks like and he comes in and he acts you off the screen. So I’d love to see him in any role. He doesn’t have to be Aquaman. I don’t care. He can come in and stand in the back of a shot and hold a pint of Guinness if he wants. He’s just a delight to be on set with. I think everyone would watch that. The man is a god. He is a sea god, an actual god.”

If you could see Jason Momoa play any character on “Supergirl” who would it be? Sound off in the comments below.
