“Spider-Man: Homecoming” was recently released, and the film is Spider-Man’s very first standalone adventure in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Even though the film focuses primarily on Spidey, there are a few appearances from Tony Stark, and some hilariously placed cameos from Captain America.

Spider-Man interacted with quite a few members of the Avengers in “Captain America: Civil War” and some recently released concept art reveals that two more members of Team Iron Man were at one point set to appear in “Homecoming.”
The concept art is from the ferry scene, and it shows Vision lifting up a car, and War Machine assisting Iron Man with repairing the ship.

It looks like in the end Marvel decided to go with the less is more approach which was probably the right move, but it still would have been cool to see Vision and War Machine even just for a few minutes.
Regardless, we’ll be seeing plenty of scenes of Spider-Man interacting with the Avengers next year when “Avengers: Infinity War” hits theaters.
