It takes a lot of movie magic to bring a “Star Wars” film to life on the big screen and “The Force Awakens” had some incredible visuals. Now a new VFX reel has been released and it features before and after shots so that we can all see how the sets came together. The video was originally uploaded on the official YouTube account of the Oscars likely as a way for the Academy to review the work that was put in to the film.
But luckily for us we just get to experience the sheer joy of seeing what went into bringing it all together. The clip is 10 minutes long and it shows some awesome shots from throughout the entirety of the film. You can watch the clip below but just be warned if you haven’t seen “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” (Is there really anyone out there who hasn’t seen this thing yet?) there are spoilers in the video.
