“Fantastic Four” hit theaters last summer and it was pretty much dead on arrival.
The film was panned by critics and fans alike and it didn’t do very well at the box office. Following the failure at the box office FOX removed “Fantastic Four 2” from their release schedule, but they still have the rights to the property so it’s always possible that the studio will make another Fantastic Four film in the future.
Miles Teller played Reed Richards in the film and recently spoke to JoBlo about whether or not he would be interested in doing another Fantastic Four movie.
Despite the fact that the first one wasn’t much of a success, Teller said that he would absolutely make another Fantastic Four film.
“Yeah, for sure. I loved the cast, I loved the characters. I think it’s such an interesting dynamic. I love how much they really need to rely on each other. This Avengers thing, they’ve kind of created their own Fantastic Four in a way, Marvel’s first family. Their powers can’t just exist on their own, you need Thor to do this, the Hulk to do his thing. So yeah, absolutely, I would do another one.”
