Warner Bros. has released their 2017 movie preview press kit, and it’s now been officially announced that Jesse Eisenberg will return as Lex Luthor in “Justice League.” The press release also reveals that Connie Nielson will be reprising her role as Queen Hippolyta from “Wonder Woman.”

Lex Luthor was the main villain in “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” which was released earlier this year, and Jesse Eisenberg’s eccentric performance was met with mixed reviews from critics and fans alike. In any case, whether you loved him or hated him, if you plan on watching “Justice League” then you’re going to be seeing more of him below.

The press release for “Justice League” reads as follows:

Director: Zack Snyder

Cast: Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, Raymond Fisher, Willem Dafoe, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielson, J.K. Simmons

Action Adventure. Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

“Justice League” is set to hit theaters on November 17, 2017.
