The Metal Gear franchise is one of the most beloved video game franchises of all time, and its popularity only seems to grow with each passing day. Fans have been waiting a long time to see a film adaptation of “Metal Gear Solid” but the film has encountered numerous set backs.
The “Metal Gear Solid” movie does have a director, as it’s set to be helmed by “Kong: Skull Island” director Jordan Vogt-Roberts. However, the film does not have a lead star. Solid Snake is an iconic character, so in order to bring a film adaptation to life the right way, the franchise will need the right actor in the lead.
There’s been little talk about who could potentially play Solid Snake, but artist extraordinaire BossLogic has put together some art that makes Chris Evans look like a very solid choice.
Marvel recently released a new poster for “Avengers: Infinity War” which features a bearded Steve Rogers, and it turns out that bearded Steve Rogers is a perfect fit for Solid Snake.
Once again, there’s no word on who might be getting the role in the future, but this poster proves that Evans can definitely pull off the look.
