During the “Final Fantasy” Distant Worlds concert in Pittsburgh Saturday it was announced by composer Arnie Roth that a remake of “Final Fantasy XII” is being worked on. It was a pretty quick and off the cuff remark and as of right now there hasn’t been any sort of official announcement from Square Enix.
If what he says is true the “remake” would likely be a HD remaster similar to what Square Enix did with “Final Fantasy X.” You can check out video of the announcement below.
