Yvonne Craig, known for playing Batgirl in the “Batman” TV series from the 60s has unfortunately passed away at age 79. She had been fighting breast cancer which also happened to cause problems with her liver. Craig passed away at her home in Pacific Palisades while surrounded by her family. Yvonne Craig also appeared in television shows such as “The Six Million Dollar Man”, “Land of the Giants”, “Mod Squad”, “Star Trek” and others.
