“Arrow” returned for season 6 on Thursday night, and the episode consisted of scenes in the present which took place five months after the season finale, and flashbacks which took place after the explosion on Lian Yu.
In the present Oliver struggled to connect with his son William, who is now living with him, as he tried to balance his time between working as the mayor of Star City, and fighting crime as the Green Arrow.
Throughout the episode the members of Team Arrow battled Black Siren, and after she invaded the bunker the fought her off.
At the end of the episode Oliver checked on his son William and then he got a phone call from Felicity. She told him to check the news and when he did he tuned in to a news report saying that the Green Arrow’s identity had been revealed, and it showed a picture of Oliver Queen in the Green Arrow suit without his mask on.
Felicity asked Oliver what they were going to do, and he told her he didn’t know as the episode came to a close.
“Arrow” will return next Thursday with “Tribute.”
