This week’s episode of “Arrow” was titled “Fighting Fire With Fire” and it featured a huge reveal. Finally after months of rumors, fan theories and speculation, it was confirmed that Prometheus is Adrian Chase.
Of course the reveal was more than shocking considering the fact that when Josh Segarra was cast it was announced that he would be playing Vigilante. The “Arrow” writers pulled a fast one on us, and you’ve got to give them credit, it was pretty clever.
“Arrow” fans around the world never saw it coming, because quite frankly we were all waiting for the moment when Adrian revealed himself to be Vigilante, but it never came.
The big reveal answered a few questions, but it also created more questions that need to be answered.
We’ll have to wait and see how things shape up in the weeks to come, but when the identity of Prometheus was revealed the internet did what it does best, it reacted.
