It’s going to be a busy summer for the stars of the X-Men film universe as they’ll be busy working on “Dark Phoenix.” Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Alexandra Shipp, Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan, and Kodi Smit-McPhee were all recently confirmed for the film, and now another fan favorite has been added to the lineup.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Evan Peters will be returning to reprise his role as Quicksilver. The report also notes that Lamar Johnson has joined the cast, but his role is being kept under wraps at the moment.
It’s also rumored that Jessica Chastain is in talks to play Shi’ar empress Liliandra.
“X-Men: Dark Phoenix” is being written and directed by Simon Kinberg, and it’s set to hit theaters on November 2, 2018.
