Colton Haynes recently made his return to “Arrow” for a two episode story arc that focused on Thea’s exit from the show, and today it was confirmed that he will be appearing as a series regular in “Arrow” season 7.
Haynes hasn’t been a series regular since Roy Harper was written off the show in season 3, but he recently took to Instagram to let fans know that he’s ready to get back to work.
“The #Arrow news is finally out! Now I have to start working out again😩. BUT IM STILL SO EXCITED😊 #RoysBack 😊 Thanks to all of you who’ve continued to support me! Love y’all!”
So far season 6 has mostly focused on the fall of Team Arrow, and following last week’s episode Oliver and Felicity are the only two members left.
It will be interesting to see who’s left standing with Oliver by the time the current season ends, and how Roy fits into the picture when the show returns for the new season in the fall.
