When “The Flash” returned for season 4, Team Flash looked a little different. Barry was still trapped in the Speed Force, Julian had left the team, and Caitlin Snow was working in a dive bar. Caitlin has been trying hard to suppress her inner Killer Frost over the past few weeks, but sooner than later she’s going to return.
It’s been teased that Killer Frost was working for Amunet Black during her time away from Team Flash, and we’re going to be learning more about that connection in episode 5 which will also feature an appearance from Felicity Smoak of “Arrow.”
Danielle Panabaker recently shared some new information about “Girl’s Night Out” with EW, and she revealed that Killer Frost will return in the episode.
“When Killer Frost shows up, Iris has a lot of compassion for Killer Frost and a lot of compassion for Caitlin and is pivotal in helping Caitlin reconcile herself with her past and some of the mistakes that Killer Frost made,” Danielle Panabaker teased.
Panabaker has said that fans of Killer Frost and Caitlin Snow will be pleased with season 4, so it should be interesting to see how they balance the two characters in the weeks to come.
