It’s been an interesting season for Marvel’s “Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.” The show switched things up at the beginning of season 4 by focusing on the Robbie Reyes version of Ghost Rider, and Ghost Rider was later written out of the show due to how expensive it was to bring him to life with special effects.
Robbie sacrificed himself earlier in the season, and it seemed that we had seen the last of Ghost Rider, but that’s not the case.
TV Line reports that Gabriel Luna will be reprising his role as Ghost Rider, and the character will return for the season 4 finale titled “World’s End.” The most recent episodes of “Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.” have focused on the team as they’re currently trapped inside the Framework, but now they’re trying to prevent Aida from destroying the world.
It should be interesting to see how Ghost Rider comes back into play.
The Marvel’s “Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.” season 4 finale will air on Tuesday, May 16th.
