“Arrow” just aired its 100th episode as part of the four way crossover, and it was something special, and something different for the series. But when “Arrow” gets back down to business, the show will have to deal with a recent twist which changes the dynamic of Team Arrow.

In the most recent episode before the crossover, it was revealed that Artemis is actually working for Prometheus. Marc Guggenheim spoke to EW, and he noted that she hasn’t been working for Prometheus the whole time.
“Rewatch episode 506. If you view the end of 506 and her final scenes with Oliver as, ‘Oh, she’s lying,’ I think you see when she decided to team up with Prometheus. Basically in the commercial break between Act 5 and Act 6 [of that episode], that’s when she made the decision to join up with Prometheus. So while people were watching car commercials, that’s what she was doing.”
It looks like season 5 will only become more Prometheus-centric as it goes on, as new photos from the midseason finale show a confrontation between Prometheus and Team Arrow.
As for Evelyn Sharp, a.k.a. Artemis, it should be interesting to see Oliver Queen’s reaction when the truth is revealed.
