Caity Lotz is more than just an actress. She’s a real life superhero. Caity joined the “Arrowverse” in season 2, and she’s since become the Captain of the Waverider, and one of the most entertaining characters on DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow.”
Caity has made no big secret when it comes to her love of martial arts, and there’s probably a pretty good chance she could beat you up.
The “Legends of Tomorrow” star has always had a muscular body, and she recently sent a message to body shamers and explained that she used to get made fun of for being so muscular.
“When I was young I used to get called a boy & made fun of for being so muscular. It made me feel insecure about my body. Now I get to be like 🖕I’m a superhero
Every1 has different body types the goal of working out isn’t 2b something ur not, it’s to feel good & be healthy”
It’s unfortunate that someone like Caity Lotz was made to feel insecure, and it’s nice to know that her story has a happy ending, because she’s right at home playing a superhero on TV.
You can catch Caity in action on DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” which airs Tuesday nights on the CW.
