The members of Team Flash have been trying to get ahead of Clifford DeVoe all season long, but for the most part they’ve failed.
Desperate times call for desperate measures, and that’s why Harry recently put together the Thinking Cap as a means to try and battle DeVoe.
Harry is still trying to figure it all out, but Carlos Valdes recently told Variety that a dark secret is going to put Harry’s relationship with Cisco to the test.
“There is definitely some growing pains in terms of Harry’s relationship with the cap — figuring out how to make it work better. As the episodes progress, even though Harry will be using the Thinking Cap, DeVoe will always find a way to be a few steps ahead of the team. It’s more a matter of Harry dealing with his own frustration. But down the line, a dark secret will come to light that will test the relationship between Harry and Cisco.”
Harry certainly seems to be struggling with the fact that DeVoe is smarter than him, which is the main reason why he’s been so adamant about using the Thinking Cap.
At this point in time, DeVoe’s plan still has yet to be completely revealed, but it sounds like things are going to get worse for Team Flash before they get better.
