The synopsis for the second half of “The Walking Dead” season 7 teases that we will meet new survivor as Rick tries to form an alliance with other settlements in an effort to take down Negan. The synopsis reads as follows:

The first half of Season 7 saw Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and the group broken by Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), forced to fall under his will and brutally convinced to live under his rules. The second half of the season will focus on preparing for war and gathering the supplies and numbers to take Negan down once and for all.

Rick’s group will find out yet again that the world isn’t what they thought it was. It’s much bigger than anything they’ve seen so far. While they have a singular purpose – to defeat Negan – it won’t come easy. More importantly, victory will require more than Alexandria. They need the numbers of the Kingdom and the Hilltop, but, similar to how Rick felt, Ezekiel (Khary Payton) and Gregory (Xander Berkeley) do not want bloodshed. To convince them otherwise will take more than speeches. The lengths Rick and the group will have to go to in order to find weapons, food and new fighters is nothing short of remarkable.

We’ll meet new survivors in incredible places. We’ll see Rick and the group tested in ways we’ve never seen before. We’ll see treachery from people we trust. Rick is confident as he will see his group and many others band together with the common goal of taking down Negan. But no amount of planning will prepare the group for all-out war with Negan and his army.

The four part crossover will kick off at the end of “Supergirl” on November 28, and it will carry on from there. “The Flash,” “Arrow” and DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” will all be involved, and it just so happens that the crossover episode of “Arrow” will also be the show’s 100th episode.

Making it to 100 episodes is a pretty big deal, but it sounds like there’s a chance not everyone will make it out alive. Executive producer Marc Guggenheim recently

“It feels like the 100th issue of a comic book, perhaps even more so than the 100th episode of a television show,” EP Marc Guggenheim told EW. As EW noted Glenn, died in the 100th issue of “The Walking Dead” and that scene was recently adapted for the TV series. It seems that Guggenheim’s comment was designed to get people talking.

So should we really be afraid of someone dying in the 100th episode?

“You know me, I always want everyone worried,” Guggenheim added.

It’s already been confirmed that the 100th episode of “Arrow” will be a love letter to the series, and it will bring back several characters from Oliver’s past who have long been dead. How the show is going to do that remains to be seen at this point, so, for Oliver’s sake, hopefully he doesn’t have to see one of his loved ones die again.

“Arrow” airs Wednesdays on the CW.

Now Variety is reporting that Juliana Harkavy, better known to fans of “The Walking Dead” as Alisha, has joined the show. Juliana Harkavy will be playing Tina Boland, a detective formerly of Central City who is tactful, tough, and she is apparently not a fan of the Green Arrow and his team of vigilantes. According to the report, the character will debut on the show during the second half of season 5.

Oliver Queen has been pulling double duty as the Green Arrow, and as the mayor of Star City so far this season. He’s formed a close relationship with a division of the Star City Police Department called the Anti-Crime Unit, and they’ve been working with Oliver’s team of vigilantes. So, it should be interesting to see how Tina Boland’s arrival might change that dynamic.

“Arrow” returns this Wednesday with “Human Target.”

Fans were thrilled to see Negan and they were just as thrilled to see his trusty bat Lucille. The arrival of Negan and Lucille on “The Walking Dead” meant that someone was going to die, and Negan teased the death for several minutes before finally picking someone to kill off. He then bashed someone’s brains in, but unfortunately the camera didn’t show it. Fans of “The Walking Dead” now have to wait until the fall to find out who died and the wait is going to be brutal.

People all over the world had interesting reactions to the finale and the people from Skybound put together a video showcasing some of the best ones. You can check them out in the video below, and if you were watching the finale on Sunday some of them are probably going to look familiar.

Norman Reedus recently spoke to Men’s Fitness about the second half of season six and although he couldn’t say much, he did offer up a little bit. Reedus says the second half is “so hardcore.” He also says the scenes were so emotionally draining that the crew was balling their eyes out while filming.

“I can’t tell you, but the second half of the season is so hardcore. It’s sort of like the first half was the pulling back of an arrow with a bow, and the arrow has gained momentum. The second half is the really emotionally draining release. We’ve had so many scenes where our crew was crying because they were feeling so emotional and heavy.”

“The Walking Dead” returns tonight on AMC at 9pm EST.
