In “The Force Awakens” there were several very obvious hints that Rey is Force sensitive and most likely a Jedi. Despite the evidence Ridley played it cool when asked about her Force powers.

“I don’t know if I am a Jedi… I don’t think I am.” Ridley told MTV. “We’ve had this debate as to whether Leia is because she uses her Force powers. Just because she’s not like, oh I’m going on an adventure like Luke doesn’t make her any less Forceful.”

Of course her powers aren’t the only thing people are asking about. One of the biggest things we still don’t know about Rey is who her parents are. Everyone’s got a theory. Some people think she’s Luke Skywalker’s daughter, some think she’s Han Solo’s. Others think she may be a relative of Obi-Wan Kenobi’s, and the list goes on and on.

Recently Lucasfilm release a new trailer for “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” and the character Jyn Erso is very much the focus of the clip. Fans have now come up with a theory that Jyn may be Rey’s mother, but Daisy Ridley isn’t buying it.

“I’m not being funny you guys, but just because she’s white and got brown hair… it doesn’t mean she’s my mom. I think the amazing thing about [Episode VII] is that Finn and Rey don’t come from anywhere, and they find a place. So to me, it’s funny that people think it’s so important because I don’t really think it is.”

Rey will return to the big screen when “Star Wars: Episode VIII” hits theaters on December 15, 2017.

Recently on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Reggie Watts revealed that he’s been working on some new music that was inspired by a certain muse. He revealed that his muse is none other than BB-8. Watts then introduced the droid and had a quick conversation with him before breaking into some music.

Reggie Watts created a loop and then The Late Late Show Band backed him up. But BB-8 was clearly the star of the show as he put his own little twist on the tune. The band even breaks it down at one point to allow BB-8 to take the lead and rock a solo.

It’s good to know that if for some reason this “Star Wars” thing doesn’t work out, BB-8 can always turn to music as a backup career. Check it out below.
