Earlier this week “Rogue One” hit theaters, and the general consensus among Star Wars fans is that the film is another solid entry for the franchise. Although there’s still a long way to go before the film’s legacy can be determined, it’s already clear early on that “Rogue One” has its fair share of fans, one of which is Luke Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill.

Mark Hamill happens to know a thing or two about Star Wars, and he took to Twitter to voice his opinion on “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” after he saw the film.

Hamill had nothing but good things to say about “Rogue One” and he specifically praised the casting.

“Rogue One” is in theaters now, and Mark Hamill will reprise his role as Luke Skywalker when “Star Wars: Episode VIII” hits theaters on December 15, 2017.

The clip outlines the plot of the film and focuses on Felicity Jones’ character who appears to be rebel among rebels. The rebellion tells her that they have a mission for her and then the trailer cuts to a shot of the Death Star being assembled. The trailer also shows the rest of the cast as the Rogue One crew is hunted down by Stormtroopers and Death Troopers. The footage shows off quite a bit of action and we even get to see some AT-AT walkers.

The clip is nearly 2 minutes long, and it gets the job done because you will want to see more of the movie when it’s through. Check it out below.

“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” will take place between “Episode III” and “Episode IV” and it will focus on a team of elite rebels who are trying to steal the plans for the Death Star.

The film is set to hit theaters on December 16, 2016.
