Frank Castle was on a warpath in “Daredevil” and he delivered his violent brand of justice to quite a few criminals throughout Hell’s Kitchen. Fans were happy to see a brutal version of The Punisher on the small screen, but on thing fans didn’t see in “Daredevil” season 2 was Frank Castle in his full Punisher costume.

However, some new photos showing Jon Bernthal in his full costume have surfaced online, and they look absolutely epic. Check them out below.

As of this writing Marvel has yet to announced a release date for “The Punisher” but the series is expected to hit Netflix before the end of 2017. But let’s hope that this series hits Netflix sooner rather than later.

Marvel’s partnership with Netflix has been a huge success so far, as two seasons of “Daredevil” have already been released to rave reviews, and the show has been picked up for a third season. Marvel’s “Jessica Jones” was also released to positive reviews, and the show has been renewed for a second season.

With all three shows getting picked up for new seasons, and “Iron Fist” and “The Defenders” currently in production, it looks like Marvel fans have a lot to look forward to in the future.

During a recent appearance at Wizard World in Pittsburgh, Cox once again told fans that he would to see the show bring Bullseye into the mix.

“It’s no secret, I’ve said it before and I get in trouble every time I say it, I’d like to see Bullseye make an appearance at some point,” Cox said via ScreenGeek.net. “I think it’s a really interesting opportunity. Deborah Ann Woll obviously does not want Bullseye to show up for obvious reasons. Elodie Yung, who plays Elektra, doesn’t want Bullseye to show up either.”

Bullseye was one of the villains in the 2003 “Daredevil” film which starred Ben Affleck. He was played by Colin Farrell, but that film has since been almost universally panned by fans and critics.

Prior to “Daredevil” season 2, it was rumored that Marvel was talking to Jason Statham about stepping into the role. However, shortly after the rumor hit the internet, Statham shot it down, and talked some serious trash about the superhero genre. So, it doesn’t look like we’ll be seeing him play Bullseye anytime soon.

The show is the highly anticipated third series to come from Marvel’s partnership with Netflix following “Daredevil” and “Jessica Jones.”

We already had the chance to see Mike Colter’s Luke Cage in action during season 1 of “Jessica Jones.” Marvel also released a teaser teaser for the upcoming first season of “Luke Cage” during San Diego Comic-Con, and fans have been waiting patiently to see more footage.

Luckily we won’t have to wait much longer as Marvel announced earlier today that the new trailer for “Luke Cage” will be released on Tuesday.

Along with the announcement Marvel released a new poster which can be viewed below.
