Caitlyn Snow has been having a hard time adjusting to her frost powers, and next week she’s finally going to snap. According to the synopsis, Killer Frost will be going on a rampage, and she’s going to battle The Flash and Vibe.

(Tom Cavanagh) have a heart to heart.

Smith recently spoke to Den of Geek and he revealed that he will be heading to the set of “The Flash” in September to film what will be episode 7 of season 3. Kevin Smith also recently said that he would love to get in the writers room for season 5 but there hasn’t been any progress on that front.

“I know I’m going back to The Flash, first week of September, to direct episode 7 of season 3. Still haven’t heard anything back from Arrow. You know, I wish, it would be amazing because I would love to write and direct Onomatopoeia in the show. Um, but I know they’re doing – what is it? – Wild Dog this year, as well as Vigilante, so maybe they’re just like ‘we don’t need you’, or whatever. But, at the moment, anyone over there raises a flag; I’m like ‘please, let me in!’ That’d be fun as f*ck.”

When it comes to the possibility of bringing his character Onomatopoeia to life in live action Smith has said in the past that it couldn’t be done but he has since backtracked on that statement.

One of Onomatopoeia’s defining traits is that he imitates sounds and Smith admitted to Den of Geek that he would be a hard character to pull off, but he has an idea for how it should be done.

“He’ll just have little cards. Business cards that have typewritten words of whatever the fuck. So instead of him saying ‘blam’, you’d find this card on your desk and turn around and ‘blam’, he’d shoot you and stuff like that. Which I think is a little more chilly, you know, for doing it in live action.”

He also added that if “Arrow” isn’t interested in using the character he hopes that he could bring him into the fold on a show like “The Flash” DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” or “Supergirl.”

Smith has been doing a lot of cool stuff in the DC world as of late, but he also has his eyes on a Marvel Studios property as well. Later this year Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist will come together to film “The Defenders” and Kevin Smith says he wants in.

“You know, they’re gearing up now for The Defenders,” Kevin Smith told IGN. “If I can get a piece of that Defenders mini-series holy s**t, could you imagine, dude? Because then you’re working with multiple suits at once, that’d be phenomenal. Just doing a mini Avengers – even one episode of that run of Defenders is like, ‘oh, I get to exercise any interest I had in Avengers but doing it on a scale where nobody’s betting $200 million on the guy that made f**kin’ Yoga Hosers.’

Kevin also added that he wants to direct “Daredevil” and that he feels more comfortable doing superhero TV shows instead of big budget superhero movies. You can check out the full interview by clicking here.

“I prefer not writing the episode because what we were able to do with me not writing it was, at least for me, substantial and wonderful … just as a directing exercise, I was so happy with it,” he told Variety.

Smith had a blast directing the episode and he’s already signed on to return to “The Flash” for season 3. According to Smith he has no interest in writing an episode of “The Flash” but he is interested in writing an episode of “Arrow”

“I would love to jump in for a one or two episode arc just to bring that Onomatopoeia character to life. That would be so badass – I created this character in the comics and then to do a live-action version of it that fit into their universe, fit into the run of their show? That would be exciting to me. That’s the one I can get my head around writing, but ‘Flash,’ whenever they bring me back, I think I prefer somebody else doing it. I heard rumor that when I go back, I think Zack [Stentz] might be writing my script again, which would be amazing – we’d be keeping the home team together, so that’d be cool.”

The team behind “Arrow” previously tried to bring Onomatopoeia to the show but Kevin Smith didn’t seem as enthused about it a few years ago. Instead they created a character named Mr. Blank who was played by J. August Richards.

“Originally, we were going to try to do Onomatopoeia, a villain from Kevin Smith’s run, but Kevin apparently said in an interview that there was no way to bring that character to television and film — and after a while we agreed with him!” Andrew Kreisberg told TVLine back in 2013.

Kevin Smith certainly seems to be having a good time and it also seems that the cast enjoys having him around. Smith commented on how he’s going to miss working in Central City when the week is over and he shared a new photo from inside S.T.A.R. Labs with The Flash himself Grant Gustin.

Grant Gustin then responded by telling Kevin he needs to return to direct multiple episodes next season.

“The Flash” was recently renewed for a third season and the rest of the shows from the Arrowverse will be returning as well. “Arrow” was picked up for a fifth season and DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” was picked up for a second season.  Perhaps if things go well Smith might be able to sit in the directors chair for another episode of “The Flash” or possibly another show in the Arrowverse. We’ll just have to wait and see.

“The Flash” is set to return on Tuesday, March 22 with the episode “Trajectory” which will air on the CW at 8pm EST.

The picture shows Jay and Silent Bob loitering and loitering is what Jay and Silent Bob do so that’s not suspicious. But what is suspicious is the fact that these two are loitering outside of Central City Jitters. The picture certainly seems to be teasing an appearance from Jay and Silent Bob on “The Flash.” But it looks like we’re going to have to wait until the episode airs before we know for sure whether or not the duo made their way into the Arrowverse.

Smith also teased that he was considering swapping out Silent Bob’s hat for Jay Garrick’s hat, so let’s hope that happens.
