This year’s “Arrowverse” crossover is arguably the most anticipated crossover yet thanks to the fact that the heroes will be going up against evil doppelgangers from Earth-X. Last year it took everyone working together to defeat the Dominators, and it looks like Barry, Oliver, Kara and the Legends are going to call on an old familiar face for some help.

It was confirmed earlier this year that we would be seeing the return of Captain Cold in DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” season 3, and now Leonard Snart has been spotted on the set of the “Arrowverse” crossover.
The photo shows Captain Cold wearing a thicker coat that also features a much fluffier hood as he stands with Steel, Green Arrow and The Flash.

Earlier this year DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” executive producer Phil Klemmer teased that we’ll be seeing a new version of Snart this time around.
“It will be about as polar opposite as the Snart that he’s played on our show. We’ve got a cool pitch to justify that version of him, which I don’t want to give away. But it’s going to be really traumatic for Mick Rory, because he has deified this version of his dead partner in his head, and in a way, Snart’s return is his greatest wish come true, but the fact that he doesn’t get the version that he’s held in the back of his mind is deeply unsettling. Rory’s made a lot of progress as well in the meantime, but he’s certainly not ready to call himself a hero.”
The “Arroverse” crossover will air on November 27 and November 28.
