“Arrow” returned for season 4 on Wednesday night and now we’re gearing up for next week’s episode titled “The Candidate.” The episode will feature Jeri Ryan as a guest star and she’s playing an old friend of the Queen family named Jessica Danforth who intends to run for mayor.
