When we last saw Oliver Queen on the “Arrow” mid-season finale he was rightfully distraught. Felicity had been shot and hospitalized thanks to Damien Darhk’s Ghosts. When “Arrow” returns on January 20th the Green Arrow will be hitting the streets with a vengeance.
