There’s been a lot of rumors and speculation as to who would be taking up the roles of Jean Grey, Cyclops and Storm in “X-Men: Apocalypse” but that can all be put to rest now. Director Bryan Singer confirmed today via Twitter that Sophie Turner will play Jean Grey, Tye Sheridan will be Cyclops and Alexandra Shipp will play Storm.

Sophie Turner is best known for playing Sansa Stark on “Game of Thrones” Tye Sheridan for working opposite Matthew McConaughey in Mud and Shipp for playing the late singer Aaliyah in her recent made for TV biopic.
