Ben Affleck recently shared the first clip of Deathstroke from the DCEU and as soon as he did the internet exploded.
Fans were thrilled to find out that Deathstroke is coming to the DCEU, and everyone immediately started talking about who could be playing Slade Wilson on the big screen. Joe Manganiello is a name that’s been rumored for a while, and now The Wall Street Journal has confirmed that Manganiello will be playing Deathstroke in Ben Affleck’s Batman movie.
The casting was confirmed by DC’s Geoff Johns, but Johns wouldn’t not confirm whether or not Deathstroke will have a cameo in the upcoming “Justice League” movie.
“Justice League” is set to be released next year, but as of right now Ben Affleck’s Batman movie does not have a release date. However, Ben Affleck and Geoff Johns are currently writing a script for the film.
