“Arrow” finally returned for season 6 on Thursday night, and fans saw the fallout from the explosion on Lian Yu that took place in the season 5 finale. Most fans assumed that Wild Dog was safe, as it was previously announced that Rick Gonzalez had signed on a series regular for season 6.

The showrunners tried to cast a little doubt by saying that not even series regulars were safe, but in the end it turned out to be nothing more than misdirection. Wild Dog is alive and well, and now only that but he debuted a new suit in the season 6 premiere.

There’s no denying that the new suit looks a lot better than a simple hockey mask with a jersey, and it looks a lot safer too.
Wild Dog isn’t the only one with a new suit, as Dinah Drake is now wearing her official Black Canary suit.
