]]> The Marvel Cinematic Universe is all the rage nowadays, and Marvel Studios has Robert Downey Jr. to thank for much of the franchise’s success. In 2008 Marvel Studios took a risk on Robert Downey Jr. when they released “Iron Man” and the risk paid off big time.

RDJ has been a key member of the Marvel Cinematic Universe from the very beginning, but it’s rumored that Tony Stark may meet his end in one of the upcoming Avengers films. Whether or not Stark will survive through “Avengers 4” remains to be seen, but during a recent interview with news.com.au, Robert Downey Jr. made it clear that he doesn’t want to overstay his welcome.

“Everyone says to me it’s like a glove that fits so well. I have to start over every time but I am starting over with a pretty solid base. I just never want to blow it for the last six or seven [movies] I have done by dropping the ball because I decided to go do it one more time. I just want to hang up my jersey before it’s embarrassing.”

As for why he’s stuck with the MCU for so long, Robert says making the films for him has been all about the people he works with.

“It’s this cyclical thing,” Downey says. “I could have said when the first Avengers came out: ‘It’s never going to get any better than that. Everybody stop’. But to me it’s always about people and opportunities, like the (Avengers directors Anthony and Joe) Russos, who I adore.

“Avengers: Infinity War” will arrive in theaters on May 4, 2018.

]]> Star Wars cosplay is all the rage, and it has been for quite some time now. If you’re a Star Wars fan you’ve probably seen a hundred Star Wars cosplays in your lifetime, but a group of cosplayers recently got together with photographer @lsharma to put a new twist on Star Wars cosplay and it’s definitely worth a look.

As you can see above, the photoshoot took some of the most iconic Disney princesses ever created, and it turned them into Jedi complete with epic looking lightsabers. The trident lightsaber wielded by Jedi Ariel, cosplayed by @maidofmight, is certainly an interesting take on the legendary weapon.

The candlestick lightsaber wielded by Jedi Belle, accompanied by Chewbacca, as cosplayed by @elizabethrage and @dan.young, is especially noteworthy.

@ReaganKathryn put together an epic looking Rapunzel which comes complete with a custom BB unit and a fierce looking lightsaber.

@AmberArden and @RianSynnth also got in on the fun as Snow White and Mulan respectively.

]]> “Suicide Squad” is all the rage right now. The film set a new record for Thursday night openings this week and everyone has fallen in love with Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn.

In honor of the film’s release makeup artist Kay Pike has released a new video which features footage of her going through an epic transformation using body paint. Kay turns herself into Harley Quinn and she literally transforms her personality in the process.
