Next week’s episode of “Arrow” is titled “Missing” and it’s set to feature two big returns. Katie Cassidy will be reprising her role as Black Siren, and John Barrowman will also be returning as Malcolm Merlyn.
Team Arrow will also be throwing a birthday party for Oliver Queen, but at some point two members will be abducted.
