“Arrow” fans know Stephen Amell quite well as he’s the star of the series and he’s been bringing his version of Oliver Queen to the small screen for years now.

Amell is also an avid wrestling fan, and he recently stepped into the ring to face Christopher Daniels in a singles match at All In.

Daniels was the one who picked up the win, and Stephen Amell recently took to Facebook to thank his opponent.

“I want to thank Christopher Daniels for being just a wonderful opponent,” Amell said via Wrestling Inc. “I don’t want to break kayfabe, but when it came time to selecting who we wanted me to work with here for All In, Cody was very insistent that I be with a guy that has the know-how and the wherewithal that Christopher Daniel’s has. He was nothing short of a life saver in the ring. Because about three minutes in, I did what I anticipated would happen, and what everyone told me would happen, and what I knew would happen. I blew up! Couldn’t catch my breath. I had no idea where I was and being with a guy like CD [Christopher Daniels]… I couldn’t have done it without him.”

Stephen Amell made his professional wrestling debut at SummerSlam in 2015 when he teamed up with Neville to defeat Stardust and King Barrett, and since then he’s remained friends with Cody Rhodes.

Amell also thanked Cody, Brandi and the Rhodes family, and he said that being part of the biggest independent wrestling show of all time was incredible.

He then went on to say that his match with Christopher Daniels was possibly the last singles match he will wrestle, but he hopes to be involved with the next All In event in some form if it happens.
