“Arrow” season 5 will be wrapping up soon, and the season will be going out with a bang. Black Siren, Deathstroke, Captain Boomerang, Nyssa al Ghul, Malcolm Merlyn and Thea Queen are all set to return, and it’s safe to say that we’re going to see some interesting battles.
“Arrow” showrunner Wendy Mericle recently spoke to TV Line about Black Siren’s return, and what fans can expect, and she teased a showdown between Black Siren and Dinah Drake.
“She comes back as part of Chase’s plan,” says co-showrunner Wendy Mericle. ” Chase knows exactly what he’s doing, and he understands how unsettling seeing somebody that looks like Laurel Lance is going to be for the rest of the team,” her “dad” Quentin included. “And from a writing perspective, it’s just fun storytelling. Katie Cassidy does an amazing job as Black Siren, and seeing her take on Dinah, or her take on Lance, is going to be fun.”
It definitely sounds like Team Arrow will have their hands full after Adrian Chase assembles his team.
