Prometheus has been one step ahead of Oliver Queen for all of “Arrow” season 5, and a few weeks ago Oliver decided to take off the Green Arrow suit for good after Adrian Chase convinced him that he’s nothing more than a cold blooded killer.

Oliver has been going through an internal struggle and he confronted some of his issues with Felicity in last week’s episode “Underneath.” As Twitter has pointed out, it looks like Olicity is rising, and this week Felicity convinced the Emerald Archer to put on the Green Arrow suit once again.
