In this year’s “Arrowverse” crossover a new mysterious girl was introduced at Barry and Iris’ wedding played by Jessica Parker Kennedy, and she’s made a few appearances since then.
Fans still have no idea who this mystery girl is, but the most popular fan theory seems to be that she’s the daughter of Barry and Iris from the future.
Of course on “The Flash” nothing is ever really as it seems, and executive producer Todd Helbing recently told TV Guide that no one has correctly identified the mystery girl yet.
“Not really, no,” Helbing said. “Every year there’s theories all over the place about what we’re doing and some of them get pretty close, some of them they hit like one part of it but they don’t get other parts, so it’s fun to read. I don’t think anybody ever is going to guess exactly what it is.”
Of course in season 1 the show kept fans guessing in regards to the true identity of the Reverse-Flash, and it was later revealed that the villain was Eobard Thawne inhabiting the body of Harrison Wells.
What kind of twist do the writers have in store this time around? Hopefully we’ll be finding out sooner than later.
