In this week’s episode of “Arrow” the team was introduced to Vigilante, and it didn’t go well for them. Vigilante decided to introduce his own brand of justice to Star City, because he felt that Team Arrow wasn’t getting the job done. Armed with guns, Vigilante went on a killing spree, and although Team Arrow stopped him temporarily, he got away.

Last week on “Arrow” the episode ended with a big cliffhanger as Quentin Lance woke up from a blackout with a throwing star on his coffee table, and blood on his arm. It appeared that the show was trying to make fans think Quentin is Prometheus, but that was cleared up this week.

Quentin explained the situation to Thea, and he told her that he doesn’t think he’s Prometheus, but the fact that the throwing star was on his coffee table means Prometheus, is messing with him, and he knows who Oliver is. Thea later took Quentin to rehab so he could check himself in, and she told him his deputy mayor job would be waiting for him when he gets out.

At the end of the episode the show cut to a shot of Artemis standing on a rooftop. A shadowy figure appeared behind her, and it turned out to be Prometheus.

It looked like the show as setting up for a fight sequence between Prometheus and Artemis, but that wasn’t the case at all.

Artemis turned around and told Prometheus that nobody suspects a thing, revealing that she’s been working for Prometheus this whole time as she infiltrated the ranks of Team Arrow.
